pre-prepared tart cases
1 shot of your favourite tipple
1 cup Oatmeal
50 g butter
Melt the butter in a pan.
Add the toffee bars and stir over a medium heat until a smooth,
silky consistency is achieved.
Pour mixture into tartlets and leave to cool
Now fold the oats and raspberries into the creme fraiche.
Finally stir in your tipple and chill for an hour.
Serve the McTavish tarts with the chilled mixture spooned lavishly
