Scottish Wildlife Trust have Wildlife reserves throughout Scotland, including their four major Visitor Centres:

Caring for the Scottish Wildcat is fan site for Britain's only surviving native wild felid, felis silvestris grampia, hanging on despite centuries of persecution.

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. The RSPB works for a healthy environment rich in birds and wildlife; it depends on the support and generosity of others to make a difference.

The Woodland Trust is the UK's leading conservation charity dedicated to the protection of our native woodland heritage.

The Postcode Plants Database. Simply by typing in the first three or four characters of their postcodes, householders, schools, garden centres and councils can obtain tailor-made lists of local plants, many of which are both hospitable to wildlife and suitable for gardens within their postal districts.

The Wild Flower Society is the only national society created specifically for amateur botanists/wild flower lovers in the UK.
