3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. granulated sugar replacement
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 oz. melted baking chocolate
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal
Beat eggs. Add sugar replacement gradually and beat well with
each addition. Add salt, oil, chocolate, vanilla and oatmeal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees
for 17-25 minutes. Remove from pan while still warm.
