2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. melted butter
2 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. coconut
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually. Add melted butter.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto
a thoroughly greased pan 1 inch apart. Spread into circular shapes
with a spatula first dipped in cold water. Bake in a moderate
oven until delicately browned.
